Our Fox Chapel Center is conveniently located on Freeport Road across from Atria's Restaurant. There is plenty of parking behind the building. Meet Our Owner...
Dana Cupples is the Owner of A Place to Grow. She received an Elementary Education degree from Clarion University and a Special Education degree from Duquesne University. Before opening the center in 2000, Dana was a teacher for the Pittsburgh Public Schools. She and her son, Connor, reside in the Plum Borough area.
Meet Our Director...
Nicole Bush has been with A Place to Grow since it’s opening in 2001. Nicole taught the preschoolers before being promoted to Assistant Director in 2007 and Director in 2008. She received her Associate Degree in Teacher Education from CCAC and currently resides in Plum Borough.
Meet Our Assistant Director...
Heather Isaac is the Assistant Director and also teaches our young preschoolers. She joined the staff at A Place to Grow in 2004 after attending CCAC. She is presently working towards her CDA having been awarded a full scholarship through the T.E.A.C.H. program. She and her husband, Derrik reside in the New Kensington area.
